This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, delivery times, shipping costs and related matters for purchases made from Pawchiqq, operated by Masamss Limited (company number 17001367).
We currently ship orders within the United Kingdom only.
1. Order processing time
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) from the date your order is confirmed and payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Processing time is separate from delivery time. Total time to receive your order = processing time + delivery time.
2. Shipping methods and delivery times
All orders are shipped from within the UK using trusted UK delivery partners (for example, Royal Mail, Evri, DPD or similar couriers). The exact courier may vary depending on the size and destination of your parcel.
Standard Delivery (UK‑only)
Estimated delivery time: 5–7 working days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control (such as courier delays, severe weather or peak seasons).
We do not currently offer express or next‑day shipping options. If we introduce faster services in future, details will be updated in this policy.
3. Shipping costs
We currently offer free standard shipping within the United Kingdom, unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.
If any special delivery charges apply to certain items (for example, oversized or heavy products), these will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.
There are no additional customs or import fees for deliveries within the UK for our products.
4. Shipping destinations and restrictions
We ship to most residential and business addresses within the United Kingdom.
We do not currently ship internationally. Orders placed with a non‑UK delivery address may be cancelled and refunded.
We may be unable to deliver to certain remote locations or PO boxes, depending on courier restrictions. If this affects your order, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a refund.
5. Order tracking and delivery updates
Where available, we provide a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, which will be sent to you by email. You can use this to follow the progress of your delivery on the courier’s website.
If tracking is not available for a particular service, we will still provide a dispatch confirmation email and an estimated delivery window.
Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details you provide at checkout are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
6. Missed deliveries and redelivery
If nobody is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address, the courier may:
leave the parcel in a safe place (if you have given permission),
leave it with a neighbour, or
leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot or parcel shop.
It is your responsibility to follow the courier’s instructions and arrange redelivery or collection within their time limits.
7. Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If your order has not arrived within 10 working days after dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.
If a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we will either send a replacement (subject to stock availability) or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours of delivery) with photos of the packaging and the affected items, so we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
We may need to cooperate with the courier’s investigation process before confirming a replacement or refund.
8. Customs, duties and taxes
All orders are shipped from within the United Kingdom to UK addresses. Product prices shown on our website include UK VAT where applicable. No additional customs duties or import taxes are normally payable on delivery for UK customers.
If UK tax or customs rules change in the future, we will update this section accordingly.
9. Returns and cancellations
Details about how to cancel an order, return products and receive a refund are set out in our separate Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of our overall terms with you. Please read that policy carefully before placing an order.
10. Changes to this Shipping Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes in our delivery partners, costs or legal requirements. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
We encourage you to review this policy periodically so that you are aware of our current shipping terms before placing an order.
