2. Use of this website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the site.
You must not:
misuse the website by knowingly introducing viruses or other harmful material
attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, servers or any connected systems
scrape, copy or reuse content, images or logos without our prior written permission
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.
3. Product information
We take reasonable care to ensure that all descriptions, images, and prices of products appearing on the website are correct. However, small variations in colour, size or design may occur in real life compared to how they appear on screen.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to change or discontinue items at any time without notice.
4. Ordering and contract formation
When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket. We will send you an order confirmation email to acknowledge that we have received your order; this does not mean that your order has been accepted.
A contract between you and us is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email stating that your order has been shipped. If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you and will not charge you for the products (or will refund you in full if payment has already been taken).
We reserve the right to refuse any order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there is an error in pricing or description, or if we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
5. Prices, payment and taxes
All prices shown on our website are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable, but exclude any delivery charges that may apply (clearly shown at checkout where relevant).
We accept payment through the methods offered at checkout, which may include card payments and Shopify Payments. By providing payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
We may change prices at any time, but such changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent a dispatch confirmation.
6. Shipping and delivery
We currently ship only within the United Kingdom. Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days and typically delivered within 5–7 working days after dispatch, using trusted UK delivery partners.
Any delivery times stated are estimates and are not guaranteed. However, we will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the stated timeframe. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you to let you know and give you options where appropriate.
The risk in the products passes to you when they are delivered to the delivery address you provided.
7. Returns, refunds and cancellations
Your rights to return products and receive a refund are set out in our separate Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available on our website. Please read that policy carefully before making a purchase.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
8. Customer accounts
If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts at our discretion if we reasonably believe there has been misuse, a breach of these Terms or any attempt at fraud.
9. Age requirement
By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of England and Wales.

You agree not to use our website or products for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:
reselling or redistributing products in a way that breaches our rights or third‑party rights
using our products for activities that are harmful, abusive or illegal
engaging in fraudulent payment activity or chargeback abuse
We may pass information relating to suspected fraud or criminal activity to the relevant authorities and to our payment providers, including Shopify Payments.
12. Third‑party services and links
Our website may contain links to third‑party websites or may use third‑party services (such as payment processors). These are provided for your convenience only and we do not endorse or have control over their content or policies.
Your use of third‑party sites or services is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
13. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter where it would be unlawful to exclude or restrict liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for:
any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill, or loss of data
any indirect or consequential losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or purchase of products
Our total liability to you for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the products in that order.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in our business, our processes, or applicable laws. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
